We are doing as much work as possible online. We can use our secure online portal to transfer documents. It works to transfer from you to us and from us to you. We can also use it to collect electronic signatures (when electronic signatures are possible). If you want to see more about how the portal works, click here.
We also plan to provide a video review of your tax return this year. If you have additional questions, feel free to ask!
If you require an office visit, you may schedule one to drop off or retrieve documents. Please observe the following protocols:
1. Wear a mask.
2. Follow all posted instructions in the building.
3. Maintain at least 6 feet of separation from others in the office.
4. Do not expect a meeting. This is for document transfer only.
