PIM Tax Services was founded in 2015 with a simple goal: provide high-quality tax preparation while helping clients better understand their financial lives. Since then, we have served individuals, families, military members, veterans, business owners, landlords, and retirees throughout the United States and around the world.

1) Will my tax preparation process change?

Only slightly. One advantage of this transition is that both Ingram Financial Management and PIM Tax Services use TaxDome as our secure client portal. While some of our workflows and communication processes may be different, the technology itself is the same!

2) What if I prefer working remotely?

Great! Most of our clients work with us completely online, regardless of where they live.

3) Do you have a physical office?

Yes. We maintain an office in Virginia Beach, Virginia for clients who prefer in-person meetings.

4) Will my previous tax information be available?

We are working closely with Attiyya to ensure an organized and secure transition of client information whenever appropriate.

5) What if I have questions before tax season?

Reach out. One of the biggest frustrations clients have with tax professionals is not knowing when they can ask questions. We encourage clients to contact us when questions arise.

6) Do you only work with military families?

No. While military families are one of our specialties, we also work with retirees, landlords, self-employed individuals, small business owners, and families with a wide variety of tax situations.

7) What happens next?

Later this year, you will receive additional information regarding account activation, questionnaires, document collection, and important tax season dates. We will walk you through the process step by step.

8) What if I decide not to continue?
