About Paul D. Allen

Paul D. Allen, MA, CFP®, EA, MQFP® is the founder of PIM Tax Services and a retired U.S. Navy officer with nearly 24 years of military service. He specializes in individual taxation, with particular expertise in the tax issues affecting military members, veterans, rental-property owners, and small business owners. Paul holds a Master of Arts in Financial Planning and Law from Regent University School of Law, has taught financial planning at the university level, and is pursuing doctoral studies in Organizational Management. He is a founding member of the Military Tax Experts Alliance and Military Financial Advisors Association and founder and director of the Military Qualified Financial Planner® (MQFP®) certification program.
